Return & Exchange policy

You can return your order or part of it and request a replacement within 14 working days from the date of receipt.

In any case, before returning a product to the company, you should contact us in writing at info@bestsolution.gr or by phone at 2311 218431 and explain the reasons for not accepting the product and returning it. Our company will examine your request and contact you, giving you the necessary instructions to complete the transaction.
A basic condition for the return to be accepted is for the product to be in its original condition and packaging, complete and undamaged. Also include all accompanying documents. (Receipt or invoice) with which the purchase was made.
In case the product is different from the one you ordered or defective, then the shipping costs of the return are covered by the company. Otherwise they are charged to the customer.
The process of refunding the money to the customer's bank account can take up to 7 days, it must be done in the same medium as the transaction was made and any charge from the bank is solely borne by the customer/buyer.
We would like to point out that in case the product does not meet the aforementioned conditions, it will not be received and will be returned to the sender.
In cases of justified product returns, the company will credit the money to your account or offer you alternative product proposals.
