Shipping options

GREECE
For purchases over 100,00 euro, shipping costs are FREE and shipping is charged only for the cash on delivery amount. (3,00 euro)
For purchases under 100,00 euro the shipping cost is 2,90 euro up to 3 kg. For each subsequent kilograms the cost is 1,50 euro.
Cash on delivery incurs an additional 3,00 euro for shipping costs.
Regardless of the shipping and payment method you have chosen, you will be notified of the order code for your best service.

CYPRUS
In order to send the products to Cyprus, it is necessary to deposit the amount of the order plus the cost of transport to the bank account of the company or pay this amount by credit card.
The shipping cost is 13.00 euro up to 2kg and delivery takes place within 7-10 days with standard shipping. For each extra kilo the cost is 5.00 euro
Regardless of the shipping and payment method you have chosen, you will be notified of the order code for your best service.

For shipments over 5kg, shipping is done by carrier or upon consultation.
The cost of transport for shipments with transport companies is borne by the buyer, calculated according to the volume of the products and the tariff policy of the transport to be selected and paid by the recipient at the time of delivery. The delivery time of the transport companies is 2 to 5 working days.

Order delay
Your order may be delayed for the following reasons:
• The product has been delayed by our supplier.
• In periods of extreme weather or strikes, as well as in any case of force majeure, which may affect the transport and delivery of your order.
• In case it is impossible to contact you by phone and/or by e-mail (if there is a problem with your order, either in relation to the product or in relation to its payment) because e.g. your details entered in the members area are not correctly updated.
